God is who God reveals Himself to be to you. Yes God is the same God for everyone, but He is not the same God to everyone.. Just as no relationship with one’s child is the same, as each child is special, in a way all their very own.
Satan loves to use that play of confusion out of his book — we all experience something different from the same God, from the same book of scripture..and he makes us feel so wrong for what our experience was and invalidates it through one of his routes. His routes you ask? He can use anything on earth that he wants to put in your way and he can do it through other people or circumstances of any sort that are going to have his desired effect. We humans, however, are his big ticket item. His big players. His pawns.
Since Satan can’t get to us directly and like, straight up strike us down, one of his main routes is our stinking thinking. You can hear God and you can hear Satan (in between you hear yourself and other people) and then decide where you want to land. Satan has more pull on earth since he fell from Heaven and sin reins here, so you can hear him louder. He’s constantly pulling you towards his “cause”, (he’s made a lot of bad neural pathways in your brain) reminding you of bad memories, past decisions, regrets, lost loves, people that hurt you — you name it, and not only that but he brings up genetic, ancestral, memories too.

Now, our thoughts exist in two places — our soul and our spirit. It’s like the the soul is the conscious and the spirit is the subconscious. Our soul exists on earth and is what manifests all of human creation. Our Spirit is bound to our soul and basically belongs to Satan until (or unless) we are saved. When someone is “saved”, or in other words, accepts Jesus Christ, their spirit is eternally bound with His Spirit – literally a piece of God’s Spirit. (Jesus was God in human form. Fully God Himself. I know it’s hard to grasp, so check it.. Visually, He was simply a human being. But He was completely and absolutely full deity. You can’t see God, you can’t see a spirit, all you can see is the vessel, not that which it contains.) So when you “accept” Jesus, you simply believe that He was free of sin, died for all of mankind’s sins and rose again. When we do this, Christ’s (God’s) absolutely perfect, sin-free Spirit, unified with our spirit is what saves us from Satan (and Hell). Our Spirit then exists eternally in Heaven and is saved (and safe) from Satan. We become part of God’s Spirit again (where we originated from). WE BECOME WHOLE.

Our Spirit is God’s ultimate creation and purpose for everything. A piece of God Himself, broken off in Heaven and hand crafted with purposeful love — each and every one of us. All things come from Him, all things complete return to Him.. Everything natural is God’s manifest presence and exists objectively within Him.. and since we are not whole until we are again a piece of Him, we can never live out our destiny to the fullest. We can never fulfill our purpose. We can never be who we were created to be. We were created to be like Him. That doesn’t mean exactly what a lot of you might think it does.. and it certainly does not mean being or trying to become perfect in any way. It’s all about about actions and how you choose to live — how you treat yourself and others, how you spend your time, who you spend your time with.. It’s really about being mindful and facing your fears.. Following your intuition.. because I believe that is God’s voice trying to be heard.
